Top 5 SNES Video Games
My top 5 SNES games:\r\n\r\n5. Donkey Kong Country\r\n\r\nThis game has probably the best graphics an SNES game had, and the game play topped the game off. Donkey Kong needs to recover the Golden Bananas from King K. Rool, but he has to go through many challenges to finally reach him. This game was so great that they’re making a remake for this game on the Wii and it was announced at E3 earlier this year.\r\n\r\n4. Star Fox\r\n\r\n Ah Star Fox, this game many sequels and honestly had very good graphics because of the Super FX Chip. The main idea of this game was to reach the planet Venom and “destroy” the antagonist Andross, but there are three paths you can take and each one varies in difficulty. The latest remake of this game was on the DS Star Fox Command, but they’re making a remake of Star Fox 64 on the 3DS.\r\n\r\n3. Super Mario RPG\r\n\r\n Okay, you really can’t make a list of good SNES games without this game being mentioned. Arguably this is one of the best Mario titles Nintendo has ever released. You are Mario trying to save the world from Smithy who destroyed Star Road and Hijacked Bowser’s Castle. It is a great RPG and you can as the following characters who I will rank in my favorite to least favorite: Geno, Princess Toadstool (Peach), Bowser Mario and Mallow. If you haven’t played this game buy it on the Virtual Console for a few bucks and you will not regret it.\r\n\r\n2. Legend of Zelda a Link to the Past\r\n\r\n This game cured Legend of Zelda’s name from the odd play style of Legend of Zelda the Adventure of Link. This game went right back to the roots and gave players the bird’s eye view they were used to. So basically this game started out as Link going out to see what his Grandpa was doing on one rainy night. Link had no idea his Grandpa was trying to save Princess Zelda and he soon found himself in a horrible mess. I don’t want to spoil too much for you so you can buy this yourself on your Wii’s virtual console for about 800 points which is 8 US dollars.\r\n\r\n1. Earthbound\r\n\r\n Now most of you are probably like, “What the heck is Earthbound?” If you have any of the Super Smash games you know the protagonist of this game, Ness, name gotten from SNES take the first s to the back and you have Ness. This game didn’t do so hot when it first released and honestly it still doesn’t do very well, but the prices of this game unboxed with the players guide topped one thousand US dollars, yeah not kidding. This game alone can top one hundred US dollars. So the plot of this game is that Ness is in his house asleep and he hears a loud noise that awakes him and he goes out to investigate and he learns of his destiny to fight Giygas along with 2 other boys and 1 other girl. Sadly this game was never released on the virtual console, but it was planned to be released in early 2007, I know weird right? So if you want to play this awesome game then you need to either buy this game and an SNES or download an emulator and rom of the game.\r\n\r\nWell thanks guys and I’ll post some more top 5’s\r\n\r\n-Jared
